Humanness
- Being empathic helps build deeper connections, necessary to develop & nurture lasting relationships
- For Leaders, it is about duties and not just rights. Balancing “give” and “get” is the test of humanness
Energy
- There is inherent positivity in all of us. Tapping into that source of positivity is critical to making a difference
- Paying attention to what energizes or enervates us is critical
Meaning
- Search for meaning is a relentless human quest. Finding that meaning is liberating
- Being connected to this meaning, and staying true to it makes us authentic
Exposure to western leadership perspectives, understanding of ancient Indian principles and our experiences, have enabled us to arrive at a cumulative and humbling wisdom (Pragyan) which shapes our belief in what we do for our clients. We intend to bring in the best of both worlds to solve the leadership, team and culture challenges we face today.
Why does humanness, energy and meaning assume significance ?
- Organizations often pay the price of a lack of engagement. When employees are not engaged, there are visible signs of low ownership, limited discretionary effort, and loss of motivation and overall wellbeing
- Excessive focus on taking only a metric-driven view comes at the cost of “missing deeper connect” with the employees
- Employees run the risk of getting disconnected with a deeper sense of meaning and purpose, giving a feeling of something missing
- Employees thus end up being suboptimal, operating one or two levels below their innate potential, a staggering cost both for the individual and the organization
- Employees not seen as “Humans” but often as “Resources.” The inherent power of human enterprise often remains underutilized
