Objective
- Build deeper levels of trust in the leadership team
- Become a benchmark finance function for all the other countries/territories
- Owning and delivering on the Team’s agenda and not just individual functional areas
Design
- Facilitating leaders to meet some of the best finance heads in the country
- Facilitating Pragyan’s Trust process to surface core people related issues and agree on team norms
- A 2- days Alignment process was designed using the principles of Appreciative Inquiry and Dialoguing
- Assigning specific roles beyond function heads to individual leaders to lift the game up
- The design included visualization techniques, discovering, debating and agreeing core passion and capability areas of the team and providing feedback with respect to “helping and hindering” behaviors
- Discover blind spots in terms of strength and development areas in an ongoing Team Coaching sessions
Impact
- Creation of Organization 3 years future state with 4 core facilitative behaviors
- Identifying and allocating 5 Strategic Themes to Leadership Team members linked to the realization of future state
- The movement in the priorities for year 1 linked to 5 strategic themes is on target
