- Identify core personal strengths that made individuals successful
- Identify and share individual vulnerabilities and professional angularities coming in the way of collaborating with each other
- Agree on 4 critical non negotiable behaviors to increase collaboration
- Identify and work on pair projects with pair coaching sessions with Pragyan coach
- Regular feedback to the geo leader after pair coaching with specific inputs for his own development

- Sticking and cascading of 4 non negotiable behaviors resulting in improved collaboration
