Objective
- Align the overall direction of the HR team
- Define leadership capabilities for HR leaders relevant to their current & future context
- Define and lead projects identified as strategic value add by the customers (businesses)
Design
- Understand the context and value offered & gaps perceived by the customer groups
- Define capability framework linked to the context and the voice of the customers
- Create a 12 month development journey to:
- Define the overall Team Direction and 5 strategic projects
- Assess the current leadership capability and create development roadmap
- Design and deploy development journey using a blend of group and individual processes
- Assign and monitor group projects with the help of industry experts and regular presentations
- Use of action research method, to enhance collective learning & ownership in projects
Impact
- 3 out of five projects went live and received positive business reviews
- People section of the respective teams led by participating leaders moved up in surveys (core development area)
- Inter departmental collaboration improved significantly acknowledged by the DRs of the participants
