- Conduct a series of conversations with employees and their customers
- Understand the construct of the prevailing culture code – its espoused meaning and action
- The culture code’s unique attribute was the simplicity in language. The competency framework had to be simple and effective across the various levels of the organization
- Design the leadership behavior framework around Thinking, Feeling and Action dimensions for ease of application
Impact
- Framework was incorporated in the global talent process and got implemented in all geographies
- Framework was used for internal assessments to create succession bench-strength
- The competency and culture code was integrated with the Talent Management process in areas like acquisition
