- Identify 3 critical capability areas for the top team through diagnosis
- Create a design focusing first on self discovery and then on capability building
- Get a buy-in on development areas from Global Talent Head and India Leader
- Design a 5 month intervention using 2 days of group coaching on self and career, skill workshops , mentoring sessions and refreshers after 45 days of practice sprints

- Positive change in surveys and focus groups linked to identified capabilities
- Movement of 40% of the batch to bigger/global roles within 12 -18 months of intervention
Critical Success Factor – Using video playbacks with triple loop feedback method to uncover blind-spots and build leadership skills for highly analytical participant group
