- Provide inputs to beef up the roles in order to create value in line with 3-5 year growth ambition
- Map capability output onto the organization complexity grid to determine future growth potential of leaders
- Share the alignment and gaps emerging in organizational layers and ways to address it, to prepare the organization for growth, in terms of leadership and role readiness

- The findings were presented to the board and got an approval for the capability and role assessment process to be embedded for the top 3 layers in the organization
