  • Derive critical themes from the FGD, comments and share it with global network
  • Detail out the broadly defined Values and critical attributes into observable behaviours for all employees
  • Design an innovative, immersive workshop for senior leaders across the firm
  • Develop a digital presence through intranet and digital content to be used by all employees.
  • Conducting 75 workshops across the organization over a period of 8 months
