- Develop and cascade the new values framework across the organization

- Derive critical themes from the FGD, comments and share it with global network
- Detail out the broadly defined Values and critical attributes into observable behaviours for all employees
- Design an innovative, immersive workshop for senior leaders across the firm
- Develop a digital presence through intranet and digital content to be used by all employees.
- Conducting 75 workshops across the organization over a period of 8 months
- Capacity building by training internal pool of HR and business managers to become Values Ambassadors
